I've been selling real estate for 7 years since retiring from UPS upper management. I'm very confident when negotiating and will always look out for my client's welfare. Most realtors don't give the service that I give and go the extra mile. When listing homes, I just don't sign a contract and walk away like most realtors do and tell the client to get it ready. I help them get it ready. If that means putting in new landscaping, power washing, moving extra furniture to storage to make each room look bigger, then i do it. I help them manage the logistics of getting a house ready by supplying paint contractors etc. I've helped first time home buyers to the opposite spectrum of selling the client's house so they could move to assisted living. I help with the showing process by helping young Mom's pick up their house while they take their kids to a playground during a showing.
