Partner with Sanctuary Real Estate founder Ed Dee for the kind of hands-on approach and genuine care that has made him a top listing and selling agent in Silicon Valley and the surrounding areas. Rated in the top 1% for sales/list price ratio in both buying and selling in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world, Ed’s deep expertise as both an investor and Realtor® makes him a powerful negotiator and advocate for you.
Much of what Ed brings to his career can be attributed to his previous roles in leadership positions at large tech firms. From supporting CFO decision-making in mergers and acquisitions to leading global enterprise software sales teams in meeting top revenue goals, Ed’s business experience gives him a market-driven perspective on real estate value and trends. It has also helped him rank among the top 5% negotiators in Silicon Valley and top 5% producers in the Los Gatos area, as reported by Homelight.
Named among America’s Best Real Estate Professionals by The Wall Street Journal and RealTrends, Ed ranks in the top 0.08% of 1.4 million agents nationwide. He has also earned accolades for his local expertise and deep commitment to service, including being voted Nextdoor.com’s Favorite Neighborhood Realtor® in Los Gatos since neighbor voting began in 2017.
A native of Los Gatos, where he still lives with his family, Ed has always been driven by a strong commitment and dedication to his community. He has volunteered as a program lead for his local elementary school’s Project Cornerstone, a Los Gatos Little League coach, and a CT English Middle School basketball coach. He is a previous board chairperson for the Concerned Off-Road Bicyclists Association (CORBA); and a member of Mountain Bikers of Santa Cruz (MBOSC.org), Surfrider Foundation, the San Jose State University and Los Gatos High School alumni associations, and his neighborhood volunteer fire team. He’s also a Self Expression and Leadership Program coach.
Ed’s favorite definition of SUCCESS is the famous poem by Ralph Waldo Emerson:
“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.”
