We listed our home with the Ed Finlan Group on 6/7/2015 and closed the sale on 7/15/2015. Our homes sold for 99.7 percent of ask. After an initial visit, Ed provided valuable professional advice regarding pricing along with an intelligent and thorough marketing proposal. We priced the home at a level that reflected the value of the property without slowing the pace of the sell. We had offers in three weeks.

Ed’s staff did an outstanding job projecting the property’s points of sales across the variety of real estate sites and social media. His staff was consistently friendly and helpful as they processed the necessary documentation that accompanied the sale. The document process with The Finlan group was very hi-tech and we were able to sign off approvals on line.

I highly recommend the Finlan group to anyone selling a home in the Northwest area.

I used Ed when I purchased my house. I heard from quite a few people that he was the guy to go to when trying to buy a short sale or a foreclosed home. We ended up finding a foreclosure at the end of October and I was moving in on December 1. I would highly recommend Ed. The process was simple, everything went perfect. I couldn't have had a better experience.

We have had a home in Stanwood that has been on the market for several years off and on. We used all local Realtor s, thinking anyone that was looking for a home in Stanwood, would go to a local Realtor. In all the time it was listed locally we had very few showings. It had been off the market for almost a year when we listed it with Ed Finlan/Keller Williams in Burlington. Ed met with us and explained their aggressive approach. Sounded good to us so we listed the house with Keller Williams. We had more showings in the first week than we did with all the other Realtor s together. After about 3.5 weeks we had a buyer. The house is now sold. From start to finish it was about 2.5 months I would highly recommend Ed and his group to any and all my friends.
