Ed has become family to us, we have spent so much time together, buying and selling. We met via a link online to see some property and we kept him. He responds almost immediately to questions, he goes the extra mile to work with the irritations and frustrations that come with this process, he absorbs some of the busy work that some homeowners would do themselves in order to make the process easier and faster. He always negotiated for us with zest and stability. He has a great sense of humor and loves to show houses and is as happy as the buyer/seller is when the contracts are done and you're moving. The pictures used to sell our home were beautiful and if we felt one needed tweaking he was there to get it done and uploaded fast. If we had a price change it was done that day, digital paperwork sent and online pricing changed. I highly recommend Ed for anyone who finds this process daunting or irritating he is a stable foundation in a river of ups and downs.

Ed has been attentive and professional throughout the entire process of helping us sell our home. He was calm and collected as the inevitable "curve-balls" that come through the selling process. The amount of exposure and attention we were given (versus "by owner") was well worth every dollar spent! I would highly recommend Ed for any and all transactions for both selling and buying real estate.
