Native Virginians, Ed Kinsey and his wife, Debbie, relocated to Myrtle Beach, their favorite vacation spot, in 2014. After owning and operating two successful businesses, Ed has amassed 30 years of astute business management and operations experience. Ed understands the importance of hands-on knowledge and is dedicated to providing the finest customer care possible.

During his six years of experience in the Myrtle Beach real estate market, Ed has specialized in new home construction sales and has expanded into general real estate sales, representing both buyers and sellers. “I enjoy helping many customers with the headaches and obstacles of relocating to the beach and finding their dream home.”
Ed and Debbie enjoy traveling, meeting people, and working in their yard. Ed is an active member of the Coastal Carolina Realtor Association, the National Realtor Association, and Multiple Listing Services. In his spare time, Ed enjoys golf and playing cornhole.
