Ed was very helpful in all aspects of the home buying process, from finding listings, setting up in person visits and helping us secure the one. Once we got an accepted offer, we always were kept up to date with all the moving parts and even after encountering an issue with the lender, Ed was there to help us navigate and ultimately finally close on our property! Ed is an excellent agent to work with and was very helpful to my wife and I who were first time home buyers. We did not know much about buying a house and he was there for us every step of the way. I got lucky. My VA lender connected me with Ed. He really helped us navigate a tight Covid Pittsburgh city market. He is very personable, and promptly booked showings several times on short notice as new homes popped up in the market. Whenever it was time to make an offer (happened a few times), Kim had the paperwork ready to go faster than a ‘forgot password’ email. They are a great team!

When it was time to negotiate on an offer, Ed advised us to stand ground on our offer - and it worked out! As a first time homebuyer, I’m really glad I had Ed and Kim on my side.

There are good realtors, and then there are phenomenal realtors. Ed Noschese is phenomenal. He patiently brought us to house viewings for months. He made recommendations, came prepared (even did research!) for each viewing, and was knowledgeable about every neighborhood and obscure household object that we asked about.
When times get tough, Ed is the one you want in your corner. He knows how to call a bluff and he has connections. We had several issues while we were trying to close on our house and Ed went above and beyond. He made calls seeking advice from people he knew. He wrote compelling emails to the lender in an attempt to move the process along. He negotiated brilliantly on our behalf with the sellers. Ultimately, he is the reason we were able to close on this house and I would gladly work with him again. Or grab a beer after work :)

As a first time home buyer and an active duty military member, Ed was very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I had reguarding the home buying process and my VA home loan.

Day or night, week day or weekend, Ed was always available to answer questions or make last minute changes to showings and offers. On the few occasions he was actively busy with another client or out of the office, his colleague Kim always made herself available to ensure that any issues that came up where taken care of immediately.

I closed in under 40 days, and I attribute a part of that to Ed and Kim’s responsive and never ending support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy property in the Pittsburgh area.

I had a great experience buying my first home with Ed and Kim. Ed did a great job of keeping my up to date on listings in my areas of interest, and was always available via phone, text, or email to discuss showings and visit houses. I had no idea what to expect as far as negotiating and making formal offers, but Ed was able to take care of everything and get me a great deal on my first home. First time home-buyer.

Ed & Kim were fantastic. Ed was extremely patient with me, very informative and walked me through every single piece of information there was. The house hunting process began pre-corona. We didn't end up finding our home until deep into the quarantine era. No one was selling their house, and who can blame them? Who wants to move during a pandemic!? The houses that were popping up were pending/contingent within 24-48 hours. When we found "the house" Ed was able to get our offer in before anyone else. Fast forward to today and my fiancee and I are furiously painting, packing and unpacking, transitioning over to the house and making it our own. From start to finish, Ed & Kim were fantastic and I couldn't be happier with how the process went. If/when we decide to move again, I will most certainly contact them again first.

Ed and his team were phenomenal. We were first time homebuyers that had fought credit issues over medical bills for years, and we’re terrified coming into the process, but he went above and beyond, helping us not just navigate the seller and the home, but our lender and the financial process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and a calming voice in the room at all times. His team was attentive and efficient, and all of the paperwork was done easily through email until closing. My husband and I had the best experience with Remax Ed is really the best agent ever! We had another real estate agent before him through another company and they messed up what should of been a fun experience of house hunting for us but we requested a new agent and was blessed and I mean BLESSED with Ed he’s such an amazing person hes very nice He made the house hunting experience fun for us as it should of been and he said he was going to find us a house and he did and it’s the perfect house for my family and I. In the future if my family and I ever decide to move we will go through remax and we want Ed to be our real estate agent again.The remax office was also nice and everyone there was very friendly they give you nothing but good vibes and do what they can to help you with your home . If your house hunting and want to know who to go through go through Remax you will not be disappointed at all if I could give 100 stars I would because that’s how amazing they are.
