It is my great pleasure to serve the local commercial community with Fraser Properties as an active Sales Agent and Investor with Garland Fraser. Fraser Properties provides a great opportunity to grow and build a business that also contributes to the growth of our community in north Texas. Our goal is to make an impact that will serve our surrounding communities for years to come.

My earliest experience in the business world was provided by my parents' business. Retail in nature, it was there that I learned to communicate and serve people at a very young age, from the ground up. I worked my way through college with multiple internships in construction, manufacturing, retail and personnel management.

My professional endeavors include a successful tenure in IT sales where I learned how to work with corporate America, how to understand complex voice & data systems, how to manage large projects with moving parts, and how to manage the expectations of stakeholders involved in those projects.

In more current endeavors, I've spent the last 15 years in the real estate business as a sales professional, and as an investor in commercial and residential properties. Nine years a licensed Mortgage Banker and Eleven years a licensed Texas Agent demonstrate my effort to learn, work and serve clients in this industry.

We've owned, managed and traded properties for ourselves and others. We've built and been responsible for construction projects as the buyer, and managed others who provide construction services.

My vision for Fraser Properties is to grow a business that provides our clients and their referrals excellent service through market competence and with high integrity.
In my career I've served as president, partner, employer, manager, employee, buyer and seller. I feel uniquely prepared to take on the next great challenges our clients and business may face.
