I’ve lived in several cities and worked with some great real estate agents over the years. I’ve struggled to find that great agent in Fort Lauderdale until I took the advice of a friend who recommended Ed.

Ed was excellent to work with from the beginning and really personalized the entire process. One of the most important elements for me was the custom MLS website he set up so I could view all the listings in my price range and a daily automated email alerting me to new listings. Being relatively new to the area, this was a great resource to give me an idea of the type of property I could afford. I had many questions during the process, and Ed always promptly answered my texts or emails and could jump on a phone call if we had a lot to discuss. His attention to detail really became apparent when it was time to make an offer and review the contract.

I was having cold feet with the first offer I made because a better property became available. I discussed it with Ed and decided to retract the first offer and move forward with the second property. The second contract had some issues that concerned me, but Ed was able to negotiate every item to make sure I was comfortable signing the final contract. Because of those conversations and his endless patience, he made me feel very comfortable with my final decision.

Attention to detail, great negotiating skills, and doing what it takes to ensure his clients are happy with their real estate decisions are the stand-out features that put Ed at the top of my list of great agents.

Ed did a fantastic job supporting my partner and I in our purchase of a vacation home in Ft. Lauderdale in 2019. Ed came highly recommended to us through friends, and he most certainly lived up to that. We made the purchase long distance, only traveling to Ft. Lauderdale once for a viewing tour (which Ed organized for us to see more than 12 properties in a single weekend), and then again for closing. In between those two dates, Ed helped create virtual tours of additional properties we were interested in, and arranged for inspections and other paperwork once we'd actually put in an offer. The entire process was very smooth and painless.

Ed Vincent was our listing agent as well as our buying agent. He was very accommodating and patient. He is a full time agent who is well versed in real estate in Florida. We always felt he was looking out for our best interests.

A GREAT Agent
We just bought a condo in Fort Lauderdale while we were still living in Palm Springs. On a couple of occasions Ed went to properties and contacted us through Facetime and conducted a walk-through, and also made great videos to send us of properties when we were unable to be there. There were a couple of hiccups regarding the contract which Ed was very prompt and strategic in sorting out with the vendor's agent. Ed Vincent comes highly recommended and I wouldn't work with anyone else purchasing a property in Fort Lauderdale, or anywhere else.

Ed did a fantastic job selling my home. I was under a time crunch when I reached out to him. Within days we had pictures, including drone shots, and an open house. The house sold quickly and when the offers came in, Ed helped me decide which one to accept by pointing out the pros and cons of each. Ed is very detail oriented and proactive. I found Ed online without any recommendations and I’m so happy he was able to take care of me. Every step of the way was a pleasure. He really understood what I was looking for and offered his expertise to make sure my options were safe and expressed his opinions which I highly valued and trusted. Luckily he is also patient because we all know how searching for apt with a budget is nearly impossible. He helped by keeping me on schedule for all of the paperwork, payments, and doing the not fun job of negotiating final details. He even handled mmy walk through without me because I was out of town! The new law requiring condos and co-ops to complete a structural integrity study and/or reserve study (to ensure financial stability) has made purchasing a condo or co-op in Florida extremely complicated not to mention financially risky. Ed Vincent helped me navigate through the process and ensured I made an informed decision. More than once, his experience and expertise proved invaluable and helped me to avoid purchasing in an condo or co-op association that did not have adequate reserve funds. This saved me thousands of dollars in special assessments that were sure to come after I purchased!!! There are so many things one now has to consider when purchasing a condo in Florida...not the least of which is hiring, not just a good, but an exceptional realtor. Ed's experience, expertise and dedication to his clients in the South Florida real estate market is unsurpassed. He is my go-to for any real estate transactions.

Fantastic Agent
Ed made the difference in us getting the condo we wanted vs someone else, but I’ll get to that. He was patient, helpful, and quite knowledgeable throughout the entire process in buying the home.

We were one of three offers and ours was accepted because of the way Ed suggested we structure the offer. His years of mortgage experience gave us the edge in the purchase and when we ran into an issue with our big bank lender, Ed was again to the rescue an found us a new lender who was able to get us fully approved in about two weeks time…..again saving the deal.

This guy is amazing. He has all the patience in the world and will let you know if this House is not for you. I feel liked we looked at houses for years before we found the right one And he made sure he kept it stress free through the whole process. I was lost at most parts but he explained everything and kept me informed and would send me packets of information to make sure I understood what was going on. Being a new home buyer is different and tuff but Ed makes it the best experience ever.
