Ed Zinnamon

Real Estate Broker since 1989, specializing in investment properties. Ed grew up in the real estate business with his family building and managing several multi-family properties.

He obtained his Real Estate license in 1989 and quickly focused on investment and commercial properties.
During his real estate career, he has worked with a company that developed a large country club subdivision and later led the way for that company to open an extraordinarily successful commercial division.
Has closed Commercial transactions with companies such as Home Depot, Pier One Imports, CiCi’s Pizza, Safeway, National Home Center, and Rainsoft Water Softener.

In 1997 he opened Zinnamon Real Estate Broker Services (formerly-First Commercial Real Estate Services OKC)

For 7 years Ed was the host broker for 34 weeklong real estate tours in conjunction with a national company from Utah. During these “tours” investors from all over the country came to OKC for a week. One weekend alone, Ed and the team wrote over 128 offers.

In 2008, Ed began to focus more on the REO and foreclosure market for single-family properties for his clients regarding rental properties and flips.
Participated in over $400,000,000 dollars in closed sales transactions and over $400,000,000 dollars in closed listing transactions. Has closed over 1,500 transactions. Participated in closing over 25,000 units Has successfully completed transactions with over 300 different investors, with many repeat clients that he has worked with over 32 years.

Ed enjoys using his experiences to help be a part of investors' success in reaching their real estate investment goals. He does so by teaching, public speaking, writing, coaching, and assisting with clients' purchases and listings.
