Eddie Brown has called Lincoln, Nebraska home for most of his life! He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln 2000 where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration - Marketing. He has 20 years of entrepreneur experience where he has cultivated lasting relationships in his community which has helped his career. In 2020 at the beginning of Covid he entered the real estate business as a full time agent and has been enjoying it ever since. SimpliCity Real Estate is his chosen brokerage.

Outside of real estate he has two beautiful and busy teenage kids that keep him busy! He also loves music as the lead singer of a local cover band, plays lots of PICKLEBALL, and enjoys a nice suit putting his best foot forward most days. He has one gear and it is................................GO! When he is representing clients through their home/commercial real estate needs he is accessible seven days a week sun up to well past sun down! His vast amount of entrepreneur experience has taught him the art of negotiating which is a value add to his clients.

While he lives in Lincoln, he has relationships across the state so does not solely work in Lincoln alone. He has numerous closed deals in Omaha, Papillion, and La Vista as well. It's just a short quick drive on the interstate for him to satisfy his clientele. He also has knowledge and represented clients with all of the different types of loans available including VA, Assumed Loans, as well as assisting families relocating to a community in Nebraska. He can even research for quality agents to assist families relocating here and provide assistance to getting their current homes sold.
