About Eddie

An Orlando native, Eddie’s love for the First Coast initially took place when he chose to attend Flagler College. After graduating with a degree in Theatre Arts, Eddie relocated to Southern California. However, in his heart, he always knew he would return to the white sand shores of Northeast Florida.

In San Diego, Eddie spent over 8 years as a productive residential and commercial agent at San Diego’s #1 real estate team, The Neuman Team. Cutting his teeth as a member of such an elite group was a unique experience that allowed him to learn to cultivate relationships with a diverse and discerning client base and develop the shrewd negotiation skills required for such a competitive market.

Eddie happily returns to Saint Augustine with his wife and two young children, all of whom are delighted with the many extraordinary natural and cultural amenities that come with the Northeast Florida lifestyle. This exciting yet major move has further informed his ability to empathize with families and individuals navigating the complicated nuances of a real estate transaction. Eddie is excited to help clients “Find their First Coast.”

Eddie started working with us when we were still rating to look for where we wanted to live in our retirement. He showed us many alternative,s in the Saint Augustine, Nocatee and Ponte Vedra areas. We fell in love with Anastacia Island. Eddie was patient and always available when we had questions. He found us the perfect home that fit all of our needs.
