Eddie is the best! This turned into a very difficult purchase and he was there every step of the way, going above and beyond what I expected. When we needed temporary housing for a week due to a bank issue he negotiated an early occupancy of our house. He found us tradespeople when we needed them. His assistant, Katie, researched accommodations and dog kennels for us. Communication was fantastic from the first day on. Just a tremendous job and I recommend him highly.

Eddie and his team are nothing short of amazing!
We are a military family with a special needs son. In 2019 we moved from overseas to VA. Eddie went above and beyond the call of duty with making sure our transition back stateside and purchase of our home was smooth and efficient.
2021 we were ready to sell/ buy again and went back to Eddie…needless to say he outdid himself again (we didn’t even know it was possible).

After transferring to Norfolk, Va, I was concerned about finding a place to live I'd be satisfied with, especially with rental prices sky-high. I was referred to Eddie for his reputation in finding homes to meet the buyer's need. I was not disappointed. Within two months of starting the search for houses that both fit my needs and met my budget while working around my often odd work schedule and during a subpar housing market, he helped connect me with a seller that owned a well kept home, met my budget and space requirements, and even had additions like solar panels that I wasn't accounting for.

I haven't had too many realtors, but I don't imagine they get much better. My wife and I connected with Eddie on both a professional and personal level. Every time we had a question, even in the late afternoon while we were looking for houses, he responded quickly with helpful information. He always looked his best and acted professionally. Eddie personally made the stressful experience of selling and buying a house, fun, even in this insane market. Mr. Gerardo-Ferrer is 3 things: dedicated, honest, and trust worthy. This was my first home purchase, so naturally I had many questions, and my anxiety was through the roof. Eddie was there every step of the way, even at 11pm to answer questions that would have otherwise kept me up worrying. He kept his word, and found us a home in our budget, and even gave us a no B.S. opinion. When it was time to eventually sign, he broke everything ABC style so the paperwork portion was a matter of minutes.
