We contacted Eddie when we considered selling our house last year. He pulled comps and helped us figure out what our house might sell for, and walked us through the entire process. Once we were ready to list, he was supportive and helpful and moved everything at our pace. He gave us suggestions based on his knowledge and experience, but ultimately wanted us to be happy and comfortable with any decisions.
Throughout the process, we always felt like he was on our side. His level of communication and care was exemplary. Every time we called, it felt like calling a friend. And he always got back with us in an extremely timely manner. We highly recommend Eddie as a realtor and professional. We sold our house and are so happy in our new home because of him. Selling a home can be stressful and difficult, and he made it so much easier on us.

Worked with Eddie Mann for several years and over that time he became more than just a realtor, he became a good friend as well. He is very professional and worked to find buyers for our property which wasn't an easy thing to do. He knows the Realty market well and helped me to find the right price to fit the value of the property. He saw me through the whole process all the way through the Closing with the Title Company. This was all long distance for me because I lived in Miami and the Property was in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I ran into some difficulty with the first Title Company and He got our deal transferred to a second one that took care of the transaction smoothly for me.
