I had a wonderful experience working with Eddie. I can not thank him enough. He has high work ethics as well as being a great human being. I am from another country and I did not have any understanding of the USA real estate market. He is very knowledgeable and observant. Always provided pros and cons about every property we saw. His CMA report is also helpful, that helped in understanding what fair value we should put for the house offers. My whole family is in a different country. Eddie went the extra mile to help me out. He gave a house tour to my family over video call, also he used to answer my father's doubts over the call with patience. Overall, We highly recommend him for all your real estate needs.

With early offer close to our expectation, he asked us to hold off as his investigation informs him that the final offer could get higher. Thanks a lot for all your efforts Eddie, quick and easy resolutions of all of my queries.
As a first-time homebuyer, I had lots of questions and Eddie had answered them in the language understood to a non-lender-eese person.
He also went beyond explaining each item and amount of the putting offer document, and all the different forms in there. Not only this, Eddie helped me after that as well doing beyond his duties. He also told me what should I take care of in the new home urgently like vent filters, etc. Thanks for all these and yes we got the home keys on time.

I will stay in touch and keep working on upcoming projects.

Eddie is very knowledgeable and focuses a lot on what we feel about each house. Whenever we make a visit, he will always tell us, in addition to what he likes the house, what's possibly wrong and the potential fixes we need if we buy it. He would also suggest us to pass if there're obvious indications of big issues(like foundation cracks, sliding, etc) He is also super patient and never pushes us to make a decision. When we make offers, Eddie also suggests us to evaluate the house instead of "winning the bidding war" as many other agents usually do. This does help us to get a house with the final price that's much lower than the market estimation/appraisal(~8%). My wife and I sincerely appreciate the whole process and would recommend to everyone if you are looking for a home you like both sentimental wise and value wise. Solid 5 stars.

I cannot express how much I enjoyed working with Eddie, and I strongly recommend anybody reading this to please at least try a single tour with him. You will know from a single house tour how meticulous and knowledgeable he is. He is unlike any realtor I have ever worked with, and I would definitely work with him again in the future.

Before I met Eddie, the biggest fear that I had was to overpay for a house, as I started the home buying process in the middle of the pandemic - during a seller’s market. Homes were (and still is) going 20-30% higher than the listing price, and a lot of realtors I met were aggressive to simply get the deal done. Eddie has a completely different personality trait from the average realtor. I would say he is closer to a scientist or an engineer, who observes every little detail of the home and evaluates what the right deal would be. A lot of my anxiety was completely gone as Eddie guided and taught me almost every step of the home buying process. He poured all the information he knew every time we toured together, from the condition of the house to even the quality of the appliances and brands. His insight helped us greatly when inexperienced buyers like us would be attracted to cheap flip homes, where he would point out all the hidden bad signs of overpriced homes while also telling us all the good signs of homes that have potential and good foundation.

Outside of the home tours, he answered numerous questions I constantly bombarded him with, day and night. His emails were never late, with thorough detail and clear communication for every step in the home buying process. And finally he is a very humorous guy. I did not have a single tour without a big laugh with him.

In the end, it is you (who is reading this) that is buying the home, not the realtor. We have seen many realtors who are like businessmen, boastful and aggressive in making a deal, which can be deceitful to young home buyers who do not know much about finding the right home. Eddie is different - he makes sure his clients know every single detail of his strategies and knowledge during the home buying process. He makes aggressive negotiations when necessary, but explains all of his reasonings behind it. Many realtors can make a winning offer for a home, but only Eddie will teach you how to make a winning offer for a great home.

I highly recommend Eddie to anyone who is looking to buy a house.

Firstly, Eddie is extremely knowledgeable about every single step in the process of buying a new home. You don't even need to ask him anything and he will tell you everything that you need to know to make you feel that you are making informed decisions.

Secondly, Eddie cares deeply about his clients. He will never rush you into making a decision and he wants you to gain a lot of experience in the home purchase process before you make any decision. I was a first-time home buyer and I felt very little stress working with Eddie because of the way he cares for his clients. Also, you can always trust him to negotiate for the best price for you.

Thirdly, Eddie has very strong work ethics. He is very responsive on phone/email and he prepares forms or write offers very quickly. After closing, he came to my home to help me repair walls.

Update (05/10/2021):

Eddie helped me sell the home last week because I am relocating to a new city for work. Eddie is still knowledgeable, caring, diligent as always.

In addition, I want to praise how Eddie was able to overcome an unusual obstacle during the sale. The relocation company that my new employer hires did not realize that I have certain home sale benefit in the beginning and did not inform Eddie and me about some crucial steps during the relocation in order to me to take advantage of these home sale benefits. This caused some inconvenience for Eddie but he worked through all the ambiguity with excellent communication and responsiveness and completed the sale smoothly.

I had interviewed couple agents and decided to work with Eddie. I chose Eddie because he is very responsive, honest and patient. I especially like his expertise in giving me a accurate price estimation on the properties I was interested through his CMA reports. He worked with me for two years, given me hundreds of house tours, written multiple offers for me and has always shown great negotiation skills. I highly recommend Eddie for anyone who's looking to buy a house, as first time house buyer, we started with knowing absolutely nothing about house buying process and then we found Eddie, he introduced us so much knowledge about every aspects of home buying, these knowledge are not just about the ins and outs of a particular house of our interest but also everything we need to look out for in the home buying process. We were also impressed by his transparency in the entire process, this really help dismiss a lot of myth that I had about real estate transaction. Eddie always thinks ahead of us and looks out for our best interest, if you want someone that won't hesitate to fight for your benefits (yes! many people involved in your home buying process can potentially cause frictions and even take advantage of you), Eddie is one that you should go for!

We are first time property buyer, and not only did Eddie help us with the whole purchase process, he also provided a lot of property related information to us (including all technical and nontechnical parts of a house). Eddie is a wonderful agent to work with. For our case, our home search spanned almost half a year and Eddie has always been super responsive to our asks, he does a lot of good research before every single home showing and his suggestions and recommendations are very valuable to us. Even though our search took a long time, Eddie was always super patient never pushing/tricking us into faster closing, he thinks for us clients, and he wants us to be able to find a place we really like and we really appreciate it.

During the long journey, we had one unpleasant experience with Merit homes, Eddie jumped out quickly and tried to explain everything he knows, sought for help from his colleagues, and tried to protect us as much as we can. His standing right by us in periods of depression means a lot to us. We both went through a lot and learned a lesson from trickeries listing agents set up and I think this lesson will make Eddie even more helpful to his future clients comparing to other agents.

On the closing day, Eddie showed a great gesture greeting us in the new property with a bunch of flowers which we really appreciated. He tried everything in great details in front of us in the home to make sure they work. There are certain things that sellers should have done dual diligence to ensure things work but they didn't, I think technically it's not Eddie's responsibilities to get them fixed, however he comforted us by negotiating with the listing agent and even offered help to us with some of his personal time and money. We were very moved and felt hugely grateful for having Eddie as our agent. He is the best!

We have now moved into our new home, feeling very happy about the place and neighborhood. All these will not come true without Eddie's help. Thanks again!

I would like to keep this review short and just say that Eddie is BEST at what he does and I am very lucky to have met him through Zillow for buying my first home! He made our home buying experience very smooth and stress free.

I am a first time home buyer and started home search in July 2019. It took me almost 6 months to find the right home to buy! Throughout this time Eddie was very patient in showing me different houses and never pushed me at any time to make a decision in a hurry. From our meetings, I could sense that not only he is very enthusiastic about real estate business, but he is also very knowledgeable and quick to spot things that most people might miss. He will not just help you in finding the right house, but in the process also educate you about the entire home buying/selling process and property maintenance, which surely helps in the long run. Eddie is very hard working, reachable almost 24x7!, and very quick to respond to queries. He goes far and beyond to help his clients in every possible way.
