Eddie Rayden

Eddie Rayden puts his strong business acumen to work for each individual real estate client. His years of professional experience in marketing and promotion, negotiating, and customer service are at the core of the high level of service he provides. Before making the leap into real estate, Eddie was Director of National Promotion for Radio Disney. He has led multi-million-dollar, national advertising campaigns and consulted on numerous product launches. His long-term clients include Capitol Records, Young and Rubicam, and Microsoft. A winner of the promotion industry's Golden Marble Award, Eddie's focus is always on discerning the needs of consumers and sending the right message to a targeted market.

Before settling in Rhode Island, Eddie and his family followed opportunities across the country. He has bought and sold homes in California, Texas, Washington, and Rhode Island. Eddie has a thorough first-hand understanding of the relocation process, of what a move entails, and what it takes to make one successful. No matter where he has lived, Eddie has always immersed himself in the community, volunteering his expertise to many and varied organizations. He has served as a Board Member of the Barrington Education Foundation, Treasurer of Bellevue Schools PTA, Marketing Consultant to Bellevue Art Museum, and Creative Consultant to The Summit Homeowner Association. Eddie continues that trend by contributing a substantial portion of his profits to charity annually. Eddie also continues to help educate others in the area of online advertising and the digital customer journey. He recently was the keynote speaker at Roger Williams University PR Week.

Eddie attended Pepperdine University's MBA graduate program and received his B.A. in English and Theater from Bates College in Maine. He currently resides in Barrington, Rhode Island - a quintessential town by the sea, with his wife and two children, and loves to frequent Maine where he is a longtime member of Buck's Harbor Yacht Club.
