The bottom-line up front: Eddie Velez is an exceptional Relator, and we would not hesitate to render his services again. Long version: We are first-time home buyers/owners, so we don’t have any comparative historical experience working with realtors. That said, Eddie made the [daunting & stressful] home-buying experience wonderful. Eddie patiently guided us throughout the entire home purchasing experience from identifying neighborhoods with the best schools, resale value, and safety (Police presence, crime statistics), to finding the right financial institution, and all the ugly in-between paperwork.
