Eddy Delgado

Eddy has served San Diego Real Estate clients for nearly 3 decades. He has over 1500 transactions worth of Real Estate knowledge working with clients from Buyers and Sellers of commercial, residential real estate, new home construction, to loans and asset management.

As a leader in his industry, Eddy has held senior management positions at top companies throughout Southern California and was the Regional Director of Training and Recruiting Manager for the largest Century 21 franchise in the world. In addition, he has co-founded real estate offices including Blue Stone, a successful residential property management company.

Mr. Delgado has received numerous awards of distinction for his outstanding work ethic, strong leadership and management skills, including Century 21's prestigious Centurion Awards as well as various international awards through Coldwell Banker.
