Edgar Adame Group Review I’ve never written a review before—but this experience absolutely warranted one. We wanted to sell our rental property with minimal stress and interviewed three different agents. None felt like the right fit, so we reached out to a fourth.
Edgar Adame answered the phone personally and was at the property within 15 minutes. From that first meeting to the day we closed, Edgar exceeded our expectations. While other agents gave us long lists of what wasn’t included, Edgar impressed us with a confident, clear, and solutions-oriented workflow. We were managing this sale from another county, and Edgar made that easy. His consistent answer to our concerns was: “Yes, we’ll take care of that. Done.” And he meant it.
Edgar brought in Aura for cleaning with a plethora of tips on how to care for different materials and finishes. Priscilla staged the home using a thoughtful combination of existing furniture and curated accents that made the space shine. The photography team captured professional stills and drone footage that showcased the property beautifully. Edgar also coordinated a team to remove furniture for donation and brought in a handyman to handle the final touch-ups.
Each person on Edgar’s team was efficient, proactive, and experienced. They handled everything seamlessly, right through closing.
We didn’t want a long escrow, and from meeting Edgar to closing, the entire process took just 41 days. He listed the property on a Thursday, held open houses that Saturday and Monday, and by Tuesday we had two strong offers. We closed in under 30 days and sold over asking price.
David and Alan from the team were incredibly helpful with the little things—from sourcing hard-to-find light bulbs to removing a wall-mounted TV. Miriam, the escrow officer, managed all the documentation very efficiently, even sending FedEx labels so we could complete everything remotely.

Our family used REMAX to sell our home in Buena Park and it was the best decision we could have made. A simple sell, turned into a huge mess due to the property being in a living trust and going into probate. It was our first ever experience dealing with probate but everyone working with us from our realtor Hugo Pompa, to our escrow officer Miriam Adame made the experience less confusing and scary. I can't imagine trying to buy or sell a home in California and not calling on their expertise. Everyone who was involved in the process was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Hugo and Miriam were always a call, text or email away, willing and able to answer our questions. Hugo was truly an advocate for us. Not just someone looking out for his commission check. Our situation took significantly longer than an average sell and not once did anyone involved make us feel like we were a hassle or burden. Whenever documents needed to be wet signed, they sent someone over so we didn't have to go to the office, although that was an option. I have nothing but good things to say about all those involved and that's saying something since the process got really ugly due to the living trust. Don't hesitate to call them and let them handle your real estate needs. We will use them in the future, of that there is no doubt. If you have to pay out commission to someone, a REMAX realtor is the way to go. And if you're in Southern California, look up Hugo Pompa. Miguel was always patient and would answer all our questions even on the weekends. The most amazing part of everything is that Miguel and his team would go above and beyond to solve any issues that would arise throughout the home buying process. He really poured his heart and soul into our home buying experience. We appreciated that he would work around our work schedules and even when he had to drive quite a way to show us a home he would never complain. Towards the end of our escrow we did encounter some hiccups (not on Miguel's part), but he did try to resolve them and even hunt down people who needed to get things done. We definitely made the right call in choosing him as our agent. If you want someone that cares about you, that is patient and explains the process in simple terms choose Miguel. This was my husband and I first home purchase and Helen went above and beyond with helping us find our perfect home. Helen is a true professional and showed us nothing but kindness, punctuality, and responsiveness. She was always available to answer any of our calls and was flexible to our work schedule when making home tour appointments. We must have seen over 30+ homes but Helen never gave up on us. At some point, I told my husband Helen might fire us because he are being picky and undeceive, but no that did not scare Helen away. Words cannot express the gratitude I feel having met Yolanda and Luis. On a whim, and the overwhelming feeling that we needed more space in our home, I started combing through Zillow and Redfin and found a house that would fit our needs. I reached out to the listing agents, since we really weren't "looking", and quite frankly didn't have money set aside.
It turned out not to be the right home in God's plan for us, but something better was. There were many times during our 3-month search that we were losing hope but the guidance they provided led us to our forever home. They say everything happens for a reason and having them as our agents, who have become friends, truly improved the quality of life for my large family.
They deeply cared about the motivation behind the leap from a 3-bedroom townhouse to a 4-bedroom house. Going above and beyond to help in any way possible to insure a smooth transaction. We moved late last year so I am a bit late to posting but wanted to wait for the renovation work to be done so I could post a picture of our beautiful fixer upper that is nearly complete.

Claudia Negrete, with remax was awesome she was patient and she followed through with everything we asked her to do. Our process was a year long process that we chose to do for buying a house. Claudia was patient enough to see us through the whole process. Whenever I ask her to check on something something or ask her to do some research for me she was able to get back to me with answers . She never dropped the ball, and I would highly recommend her to anybody If I asked her to look at A POS property she had no problem and always had a positive attitude even if it was not up to the best condition. She was always there for us.We met her when she was doing a open house for another family a year ago. She continued to stay in contact with us by email and sent us homes that were of interest to us. We never felt pressured and rushed into any decisions. It was a positive experience for us.

If you are looking for a team who will fight for your family, negotiate the best deal while keeping your best interests then you have found the right one! We have been lucky enough to have had them represent us on a sale, but on the purchase of our first family home as well. we had ran into a few hiccups with our loan company, they pushed through, fighting for us to ensure we did not experience delays. They are so great at communicating and find a way that best fits each person. We work lots of hours and have a hard time with phone calls; they always made sure to reach out via text (our preferred communication) and Made sure we were always in the loop. They have a great understanding of the real estate market and have really adapted in the current market we are seeing. Without them our home wouldn’t have been a possibility.

I found Claudia Negrete on Zillow and that's when our fun journey began. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She went above and beyond our expectations. She was the only realtor to contact me back when my family and I were looking for an agent to orient and give us direction in regards to a mobile home purchase. She responded promptly but not only that, she also connected us with our bank that specialized in such special loans and they are also awesome people at the Mortgage Loan Company she recommended us to. I love how she doesn't take no for an answer because that persistence personality that she has pays off. For some reason our community mobile home management was making it hard for us to get approved, but she put in the hard work and made it happen for us. We were approved with the community mobile park and purchased our home thanks to Claudia Negrete. My family and I couldn't thank her enough. We randomly found Jessica Gugliotta on realtor.com and we went from initial phone call to keys to new house in less than 35 days. I could not have asked for a better experience. We were first time home buyers and were not at all familiar with the experience but she made the process very easy to understand. She was always available to answer questions day/night/weekends and we had a ton of questions for her. We probably asked her the same questions over and over again and she patiently reassured us. There wasn't a single instance where we felt pressured or at risk. If I had known buying a house would be this stress free, I'd probably done it years ago. I can't recommend Jessica enough!

I first contacted Jessica to inquire about a property in Huntington Beach for which she was the listing agent. What I liked about Jessica was that rather than trying to just sell me a property, she listened attentively to what I needed and made recommendations. I asked her if she could be my agent, as I was not really working with anyone. She accepted, and immediately added me to her daily reports, once she understood what my needs were in terms of type of house, area, price range, etc. Within three weeks, we had already placed an offer for a condo in Huntington Beach. We are definitely glad that we went with REMAX for our first home purchase! Our buying agent was Hung Trinh and he was outstanding in leading and informing us about the entire home buying process.
As you can imagine, this will probably be one of our biggest investments that we would be making in our lifetime and it definitely helped to have someone like Hung to assist and walk us through the process.
Hung was attentive to our questions and he spent many hours showing us homes and was super flexible with our often busy work schedules. Many times, he would even show us homes late into the evening when we would be free from work. He also was not pushy at all and gave truthful advice, even if it meant him not closing the deal. He truly does look out for his clients and we are glad to have been one of his (and potentially in the future as well!)

Whenever I asked him a question he either knew the answer right away, had someone on hand to provide the answer immediately or got the answer within a business day. We were moving down south to Orange County from the San Francisco Bay Area and we really didn't know the area well and some of the caveats of the South Coast Metro area. They explained how some of the condos had land leases while others included the land in the deed and how that affect the pricing. Hugo Pompa and Jeffery Mcgonigle are two of the best guys you could ask for when selling and/or buying property. Not only are they cordial and professional, they are also brutally honest...and that's the way it should be. Home selling and buying can be overwhelming and frustrating, but also satisfying and worthwhile. Hugo and Jeff are easily accessible and helpful (answering texts and calls at all hours of the day) listening to concerns/questions and giving recommendations/advice. We understand that those in the real estate industry (realtors/brokers/lenders/etc) are in it to make money, but I have always felt and believed that Hugo and Jeff are looking out for our best interest. Even after the sale and purchase of our previous and new homes, respectively, they have been there for us. As a recent example, we had a plumbing problem. Guess who was there to help answer questions and be there first thing in the morning with a plumber?...Hugo and Jeff! Also, we have kids. Hugo and Jeff are caring, thoughtful, and very accommodating people that made everything work when we had to bring our kids along (showing our property, house hunting, filling out paperwork, finalizing deals). I would definitely recommend them to anyone that's in the market to buy or sell. I already tell all my friends and family about our experience, and how they should look to Hugo and Jeff for the same experience. We purchased our home with them and it was overall a great experience. We wanted something very particular, and the realtors here listed to us and actually recommended great homes for us too see, we went into escrow after finding the perfect house on our very first outing with them. I worked with Edgar Adame to purchase my first condominium and really can’t say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). Hugo was very professional but also personable at the same time. He was very responsive and willing to help in anyway he could. He really made this stressful process go much smoother than anticipated. He even responded from the hospital when his wife was having a baby (shh don't tell her). Would definitely recommend him!

We have had a very positive experience working with Edgar and his office at REMAX New Dimension. At first we were nervous about working with a realtor that was new to us and we knew little about. Edgar quickly made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities.
