I recently had the pleasure of working with Hannah Smith and Edgar Chavez to sell my house, and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish they were professional, communicative, and took the time to understand mine and my families needs and preferences. Even when we were dealing with difficult time constraints for showings. They went above and beyond and even through an "Open House Extravaganza."
Being in the business myself, I appreciated how much time and effort they put into showcasing the property. I felt confident in their skills and knowledge in the local market.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Realtor.

I don’t even know where to start because everything about this house buying process was so easy and not stressful whatsoever! My husband and I worked with Hannah, she really is a dream come true when it comes to help us buying a home. We are new homeowners and there were something’s we were completely lost on. Hannah was very calm and so understanding every time when it came to our billion questions. She always sent us listings of houses every single day to help us find our forever home! Hannah never once pressured us into going to a certain route. We always explained our concerns and it was adjusted accordingly. We highly recommend Hannah when it comes to buying a home and the team behind her.

This was the first time I had ever used a realtor and my first house I sold. My wife was was pregnant with our third child and needed much more space. We sold our house with Edgar and Hanna and they found us literally my wife’s dream home. All while meeting all the crazy loopholes that I had to overcome, they made me feel safe like I can trust them with the well being of my kids and wife.

You want people in your corner like they were with me.

They got me more then what was expected and got the house I purchased at a good deal!

Momentum Brokers has been amazing!
They helped me sell my home in 2019, later assisted me with the purchase of an investment property in 2020. In 2021 they assisted me with the sell of another property and the purchase of my most recent home. They have been an amazing team to work with through this new real estate journey and always have my best interest at heart.

I thouroughly recommend using this firm if you are buying or selling property. We worked with Edgar Chavez who took a lot of the workload off our desk and made the whole process simple and easy. As a first time buyer, it was a daunting proposition which has a lot of paperwork and follow up admin work necessary to close the deal. Edgar’s professionalism, network and industry nous was extremely welcome . Edgar’s ability to meet ambitious deadlines was impressive and exactly what we required at the time.
