Edgar was extremely knowledgeable, any questions presented are explained in full detail! I was initially curious as to what type of offers i would be able to get and Edgar was able to get me a cash offer IN FULL! On top of that when dealing with previous offers I would typically have a closing date predetermined without any input, not with Edgar though. Not only was he able to get me a full cash offer but he was also able to provide me with flexible closing dates. Wad no longer limited to just one date. Gained the ability to determine what date I wanted on my time frame that would most benefit me.
All in all from start to finish making the decision to conduct business with Edgar has changed my perspective entirely. I personally have no desire to conduct business with anyone else since working with him. Definitely looking forward to closing more deals with Edgar Gonzalez!

Edgar, is a super start! Excellent, professional, polite, super knowledgeable and proactive. All done online line. All done in a week; put new offer on new house, and sold our house! Both clossing on the same day with same lawyer. Could not be more happy with the easy hassles free process. Edgar really hustle and know the industry well. My mother had to move in with me recently and I had to sell her house to cover medical and living expenses. Within a week he fielded multiple offers for me and did all the leg work needed to negotiate the sale after we settled on the best offer. On closing day I only had to walk in and sign a few documents. Less than a month from start to finish. This was the smoothest sale I have ever been involved with. I will recommend him to anyone in the ATL area if I know they are looking to sell.

Edgar made the home buying process an absolute breeze. We weren't even confident that we wanted to take the leap to being homeowners when we initially met with him, but his step by step guidance made it too easy not to. After seeing just a few online listings that we liked, he tuned into what exactly we were looking for and found us our dream home in just a couple weeks. Super responsive to all of our questions (we had a lot), very flexible when it came to seeing houses, and kept us informed to manage our expectations throughout the entire process.
