I have been a proud Las Vegas resident for three decades. My husband and I raised our two children here and feel it's a great place to call home and raise a family. I'm part of a husband and wife real estate team and we are multi-million dollar producers, which means we've sold literally hundreds of homes! More importantly, we love what we do!

Our backgrounds are diverse and we have combined our skills to build a strong real estate team. Combined we have over 30 years of real estate experience. Ralph joined the Marines on his 17th birthday and proudly served our country for 20 years. After retiring from the military, he worked in Surveillance in the casinos for many years, starting on a graveyard shift, and working his way up to VP for several casinos. He made a sharp career turn over a decade ago and became a Realtor. Although he proudly served in the U.S. Military and enjoyed working in the casinos, he loves being a Realtor and can't imagine doing anything else! I have a background in marketing, multi-location management, and sales. I use my comprehensive marketing skills to my client's advantage when both listing their homes and searching for the best home to fit their family's needs. I have excellent negotiation skills that have earned me a place as Top Salesperson for several years and prestigious honors such as President's Club and Salesperson of the Year. I use that experience to help my clients negotiate the best deal possible to ensure their dollars go as far as they can!

My clients range from first-time homebuyers to experienced investors. Although I was born in So. California, I have been a Las Vegas resident for about 30 years. I've lived in central Las Vegas, Southern Highlands, Centennial Hills and Aliante, and I know those areas like the back of my hand. Desert Oasis, and Arbor View are some of the schools they attended. Clark County is home to many other highly ranked schools, such as Bishop Gorman, Vanderburg John Elementary, and Advanced Technology Academy. I have sat on a HOA Executive Board as a Treasurer and President (no, we were not one of "those" you hate to deal with : ). HOA's can be confusing and even tough to deal with, but you can be assured and I work with you to help you understand them, so you can decide if an HOA community is for you.

I love my community and contribute by volunteering my time for organizations such as Miracle Flights, Peggy's Attic, and Arturo Cambriero Elementary, as well as coordinating and hosting annual Blood Drives, Toy Drives and School Supply drives to benefit our local community.
