Really͏ Fabulous!
We know Edit for a long time, since she assisted us with the purchase of our propriety in Florida 15 years ago. When we decided to sell asking her help came naturally, given our wonderful previous experience and we weren’t disappointed. Edit sold our apartment at the asking price the very day it was listed. If this sounds simple it is only that we haven’t mentioned the hard work, she engaged. She took into consideration every detail and we don’t mean only the paperwork, but also things that go well beyond a realtor’s job. Edit made our apartment vendible due to painting, refurbishing, and decorating, either finding the contractors to do the job or doing it herself to keep costs under control. She did not concern that the obstacle was not related to her engagement as a real estate agent, she applied her determination to successfully and timely settle problematic issues. Based on my experience I can highly recommend Edit Gabor as a real estate agent.

Truthfully, I have never came across someone who provided such a level of professional service and at the same time treated me as a friend.

She was fast, punctual, and conscientious in taking care of every specific item of the sale process. She updated me on the details on the progress and due to her diligence, we avoided any pitfalls that may have happened.

Without requesting it she personally helped to bring the condo up to par for the sale. One can usually only ask for and receive such selfless help from a friend or close relative. Not to mention that not everybody is capable of doing this kind of work (and that would include me).

To summarize, she represented my interest better than I could have, relying on her experience. If we ever purchase real estate in the USA in the future, Edit Gabor will be our realtor.

When we decided to sell our Florida property, there was no question we would engage Edit as our real estate agent.
Our business relationship originated years ago when we selected our vacation property and she helped us with furnishing and decorating the house. Over the years she assisted us with all our property related obligations. If you have high expectations from your real estate agent, you have found the right one.

Edit took the time to fully understand our needs, and explain every step of the process to us. (We are first time home buyers, so we would have been totally lost without her)
She moved mountains to organise viewings, until we found our dream home. She was looking at our house hunting project as if it was about her own new home. She made sure we could close on the originally designated day by being prompt, working around the clock and keeping track of everything.

We have been acquainted with Edit Gabor for many years now. She has shown extraordinary perseverance in her work with the determination to follow up and readiness to assist with any issue that may surface. Over the years she supported our ownership with maximal attention to representing our best interest. It was obvious to us that Edit would be our realtor when the time came to sell – and despite the difficult market conditions and pandemic situation, with Edit’s help we closed on the sale successfully.
She demonstrated remarkable versatility during the sale process, taking on tasks that are usually beyond the duties of a realtor. In our absence she arranged for repairs and made sure the unit’s condition was up to par which contributed notably to the successful sale. Notwithstanding significant time zone differences, Edit was always available to communicate. She handled all potential buyers with exceptional flexibility, adapting and improvising to manage their spur-of-the-moment expectations.
She thoroughly reviewed and presented each document for our signature in a timely manner leaving us only the task of signing and mailing back the documents. Since the US Embassy in Hungary is closed for notary services during the pandemic, she arranged for an alternate and admissible means to notarize the closing documents.
She managed contact with all parties involved in the transaction, so the sale process as we experienced it concluded in a straightforward manner. We were able to close within a month and were kept abreast of all developments in the sales process, there were no surprises for us. We experienced the high level of service that that we anticipated from Edit and were extremely satisfied with the outcome - without her the sale would not have been feasible.

I am incredibly pleased with the service I received selling my Florida property. During this pandemic and while I was overseas, I assumed this will not be an easy task. Despite my assumption the whole process was straightforward, as if I sold something in my own neighborhood. Beside the traditional roles of a real estate agent Edit went far beyond to provide services that covered arranging for the necessary repairs to staging the home for sale. The property was sold in one day at full listing price. Let me start by saying that I have never published a review about anyone or anything, and I’m making an exception now for two reasons:

First is that my past experience with the real estate industry has been, let’s say, a bit off-putting, and it has been a pleasant surprise to realize it doesn’t have to be that way.

Secondly, I’ve never made a recommendation before because a recommendation is a commitment, morally, in my book, whatever others may think.

Well, here it goes : I wholeheartedly recommend Gábor Edit to everyone without any reservation.

I got in touch with Edit as a seller, but in the future as a buyer I would not look for anyone else, that is for sure. Already during our first phone conversation my intuition was positive. I really liked her determined approach and professionalism. During the transaction, I also experienced her tenacious work ethic. The level of engagement with Edit was intense - there were always updates, new actions to take and things that we had to discuss. She taught me to appreciate how many tiny and not so tiny issues are involved in selling an apartment, all of which are made even more difficult by the fact that an ocean separates us. Furthermore, full disclosure I can get frustrated dealing with administrative challenges. Luckily for me, Edit handled my reactions in a professional way and focused on getting tasks done. Thanks again to her and I hope she gets to work with less demanding clients going forwards. 🙂

We discussed and agreed on all issues from the extent of renovations to setting the asking price. I found myself trusting her more and more and letting go of my nervous apprehensions because it was clear I was in really good hands.

When the tenant moved out, events were accelerated, and I was inundated with information flowing from the sales process. I didn’t recognize it at the time but Edit personally cleaned the condo, made necessary repairs, took actions and even paid the bills (in advance) for me. She commissioned professional photos and video tours of the property and now for the most amazing part: Within 1 day on the market, she sold the property at FULL LISTING PRICE!

In summary, Edit is a highly efficient and hard-working person for whom no problem is unsurmountable - a true realty professional who orchestrates the transaction with infinite precision. On a personal level, she is the kind of person you want to be friend, and I promised her that we would visit her on our next trip to Florida, after the pandemic. We were searching for a listing agent in Florida, while aware that we were separated by an ocean. Finally, we found the best one, online. As we contacted her on the business website she maintains, within half an hour she called us back. It became apparent that while we were in Europe, and the property to be sold is in Tampa, personal contact with her was out of question due to COVID and the attendant travel restrictions. We never meet in person, nevertheless she was able to oversee and effortlessly marshal the process thru completion. During our frequent contact in the sales process she demonstrated an excellent problem-solving ability, while we got acquainted with a pleasant, friendly, and honest individual. Even in Florida, selling real estate under normal conditions is an arduous process. Top this off with the circumstances imposed by COVID, with sellers stranded in Europe it appeared insurmountable obstacles are in the way. But for Edit nothing is hopeless, she risen to the challenge. Without and instead of us she takes care of everything, even matters that are way beyond the duties and responsibilities of a real estate agent. She prepared excellent marketing materials. She arranged for carefully packing our belongings and shipping it to Europe. The home was cleaned, painted, items were repaired, professional photos were taken and was readied for sale. She conducted her negotiations in a professional manner, keeping us informed throughout the transaction. She was able to secure us a favorable selling price. We were able to sign the closing documents 5,300 miles away, the process was flawless thank to the diligent work of Edit being in charge for the arrangements.
