I have always had a passion for home decor and architecture, but I didn’t become a Realtor® right away. My journey began when I moved to Florida from Czech Republic in 1997 and fell in love with the beaches of SW Florida. Back then Cape Coral was very different then what you see now……….

I’m a Wife and a Mom of two beautiful Daughters, if you ask anyone family means the most to me. While our girls were little I ran my own photography studio in North Florida, and spent as much time in cheer, volleyball and all the fun activities our girls were interested in. There was not much time for Real Estate! Then moved back to Cape Coral in 2015 and took the plunge and dove right in to Real Estate even though my youngest daughter was still in elementary school.

Southwest Florida is the region along the Gulf coast from Marco Island to Tampa. The area is known for its sugar white sand beaches, lush tropical landscape, and winter resort economy. Knowledge of the area is a big plus especially when you are relocation from out of state. Location plays the biggest part when buying a home in SW Florida.
