Edith made it happen! Our home sold sooner than we expected and she was there every step of the way. Our first experience with her was when my sister in law and husband were looking for a home, she had the most patience and a few times I was able to view the homes with her using FaceTime so they could get a look first before driving 6 hours to see it. We knew then we wanted her to list our home and has been a big help with local references for contractors in our area to use on our new place!

Edith has so many great qualities! Edith’s honesty and integrity took so much stress off me that I was amazed very early on. I trusted her and she did not disappoint. Her patience with me and her kindness always made me feel at ease. Her knowledge was so helpful because I was new to the area and had not bought a home since I was very young. She did so many kind and helpful things for me which was not my experience long ago. Edith was always just a phone call away and I called many, many times. Her response was always kind and helpful. She had to drive a long distance to where I was looking for my forever home and she never complained.
I now am very happy in my home and feel like I have gained a wonderful friend through my experience. She knows her stuff and does it well!!! It was my gift to have her working for me in my corner!!

Edith was very helpful in my search for land in Hunters, Washington and in my eventual purchase of that land. She was always friendly and available to answer my questions which was particularly important since I live in Arizona and was doing the purchasing long-distance. Edith came highly recommended to us by two people, both separately, when they found out we were looking to move to the Colville area.
She made looking at homes very easy for us. We never felt pressured to buy. She is easy to talk with. She even showed us a house via FaceTime when we were unable to make the trip over the mountains.

She is very professional in how she handles clients and all the contracts and paperwork required. She responded to all my questions quickly and efficiently. Edith is great! She is kind, caring and very helpful. She is very honest and true, which are such important morals, but especially in this business. Between her husband's long family history in our area and her knowledge, she knows the positives and negatives concerning a lot of local properties. Also they have lived in various parts of our area, so they have more understanding than most. She has banking experience as well, so she is a great one to help lead people in good directions. I would highly recommend Edith. If we ever look to buy or sell again, she is who we would go through!
