I met Mr. Ed Giancola when I responded to an ad for a property in Palm Coast, FL that was being handled by his Realtor Agency. We met at the property where I inspected it the first time and also when it was inspected professionally before the sale. During the entire process Mr. Giancola acted in my best interest at all times particularly during the sale negotiations with the property's owner. I have no remorse about the deal that was made. Since that time, I have seen Ed a couple of times shopping at Walmart and the local Publix. He is a great guy and I consider him to be a friend and neighbor.Less
