I have been very happy with Dr. Builes. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, not pushy but gets things done. He did an excellent evaluation of my home and determined that is worth more than I expected. He gave me a nice handout of over 50 pages of values of similar homes in my neighborhood. Dr. Builes did a walk through my house and advised me how to better get my house ready for sale, he told me where to touch up with paint and even tested the quality of the paint to make sure it was good, impressive. He told me how to better organize my home and how to make look better. He is a good photographer and has a professional cameras and even took pictures of my home saving me money. He recommended a nice handyman for a couple of minor repairs and a painter for the outside of my house. He put me on contact with a Lender to get me prequalified to by my new home. He did a basic home inspection to make sure the house did not have any major problems and to show me what to expect during the inspection. He explained to me the whole process and told me he would handle with his Team of experts. Hi did what he calls a comprehensive CMA, to value my house and he determined that it was worth more than expected, nice. I was super impressed with his presentation packages that he emailed me, which were loaded with nice pictures, sales comps, with school information, neighborhood information, and nice write up about my house explaining the upgrades and key features of the house, which I loved. I will sell my home through him and I will definitely buy a new home through him. He is on top of his game. I really like his APP to search for Homes and to view his recommended searches. He explained to me how to used it and created some pre-saved filters for me to use in the future. I give Dr. Builes 5 stars.
