Moved from Florida to Myrtle Beach and had no idea for a realtor. A friend recommended Eddie Boyd and the rest is history. We had to sell our home in Florida and buy a home in SC. Eddie took me on a tour of several areas until we found our home in Market Commons. He found us a finance company and kept us updated throughout the process during the stress of selling and buying at the same time. He even showed up at my house and helped unload the moving truck when I arrived. (Don't think that's a part of the service...lol) Thanks Eddie...

In 2015 we saw a house on a Sat afternoon that we wanted to see while down at Myrtle Beach for the wk end. Eddie Boyd answered our call immediately. He was having a family cookout at the time but was very accommodating to break away a few minutes to show us the property … which later turned out to be our retirement home!
Eddie also recommended to us a great ins agent … who is still our agent.

I can not speak highly enough of Eddie Boyd and his team. I have been working with him for a while trying to find a secondary home in the area. He was great in explaining to me how the areas are, since I couldn't be there in person to see the places. Walked me through the process and was quick to write up the many offers for the multiple places we tried to get. Also jumped right in to help when I was having difficulty with my mortgage approval. Closing was handled as a mail away and he made sure I knew what to expect. Even after the closing he is still helping me with questions I have about my new condo.

Eddie picked me and my wife up at the airport. Left immediately to review 8 homes in person. Eddie took us to our hotel and picked us up following day at 9 am to review several more. As Eddie gained experience with our desires, we started with the one he liked the best. We signed an all cash purchase contract in a parking lot and spent balance of day relaxing at hotel. Eddie picked us up next morning at hotel for our flight home. Simply, Eddie could not have been more professional nor accommodating!
