Edward and his team did an excellent job getting our home sold in the high dessert and finding our new home. He answered all of our questions and made sure we knew what was happening at all times. He opened and closed escrows for both homes on time and we were able to move from one home to the next with little disruption.

This is the second home I have purchased thru Ed and if I ever have the need to purchase another home I would certainly use him again. He is patient in explaining the process and the neverending paperwork not to mention his professionalism.

I decided to add an investment property to my financial portfolio. After extensive research, Edward Jacuinde recommended a newly renovated, highly-upgraded triplex in a gentrified area of Torrance. He assisted in qualifying and placing new tenants for top-market rents that aligned with the amenities of the property. After only a year, he recommended I consider selling because of high demand in the area. We sold for over $225K of the original purchase price and I am now working with Edward to find the next investment property.

Ed Jacuinde is the best! This is the second real estate transaction that Ed has completed for our family in the last 8 months and I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone who needs to purchase or sell a property. Last summer, he helped us sell our home of nearly 20 years by guiding us through a minor remodel, repeatedly showing our home, and negotiating an excellent sale price. Most recently, he helped us to buy our new home in a nearby county.
Ed is extremely dedicated to his clients and always made himself available to us, day and night. We often wondered if he ever sleeps or takes time off! He was even willing to travel to another county numerous times to support us throughout the entire purchase process, including inspections and property walk-throughs.
Ed really listens and takes the time to understand what is important to his clients. He also diligently protects his clients’ best interests. Ed negotiated a great purchase price and specific terms that were necessary for us. When various issues came up with the lender and the escrow company, Ed bent over backwards to make sure everything was handled properly and in a timely manner.
