Edward Noonan

Long-time Coronado real estate agent Ed Noonan opened Noonan Properties, a new real estate brokerage serving Coronado Cays, in August.

Ed has over 40 years of experience in real estate. He was the former broker/owner of the Coronado Cays Realty and two Prudential offices, one in Coronado and one in the Cays. In 1995 he sold his brokerage and moved to the Midwest, where he successfully operated Noonan Properties, a holding company for foreclosed properties. But throughout that time he remained connected to Coronado, returning frequently to spend time with his two sons and the many friends he has in Coronado. During the 30 years that Ed lived in the Cays, he was very involved in the community. He served as commodore of the Coronado Cays Yacht Club in 1992 and was involved with the building of the new club. Has also managed Little League, was a scoutmaster and was an active member in the Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, MainStreet Association, and Kiwanis.

Having owned 3 brokerages in Coronado and the Cays, he has hired and trained many of today’s local real estate superstars. Over the past 40 years, Ed has worked in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry and is excited to bring his talent, skill, and knowledge to his new company, Noonan Properties.
