In the crazy housing market of 2020-2021, Ed Rippee has been a blessing. He was professional and personable. We contacted Ed after making the decision to move Mom into our home, as we will need a larger home. We purchased our first home 18 years age with Ed's help. We advised him we would like to make the move in 6 months or so. Ed called and asked if he could show us a few homes to get a better idea of what we would be looking for. like an old friend, Ed remembered our likes and taste. The very first home he showed us was perfect, a dream come true. One problem, we needed the equity in our current home in-order to make the purchase. Ed listed our home the very next weekend, resulting in multiple offers, We excepted an offer well over our asking price. Two months later we are in our dream home. I hire Ed as a realtor to sell my house and I am so glad that I did. Ed was recommended to me by a gentleman who did some work on my house and told me that Ed would work hard to get me the best deal he could for me.
I call Ed and when he came to my house, I was impressed. He had done his home work and knew a lot about my home. This was very different from the other realtors I had talk to. I decided to hire Ed and hope was making the right choice, and I did make the right choice.
He went to work right away on selling my house and worked hard in marketing my home. There were a couple of times he nudged me, and looking back I needed nudging. Ed had a very good bid on my house in 3 days, no kidding 3 days. It was a cash bid and for 96% of my asking price. Of course, I accepted it. We closed on the house in less than 4 weeks. He is a great salesman and works very hard for his clients and I know if you give have him sell your home; he will do a great job for you. I would bet he is just as good working for the buyer as he is work for seller. Thank you Ed!

My daughter just graduated from college and excepted a job in Kansas City. After looking at many apartments with my daughter I decided that we were going to go in a different direction and look at condos in the area. We are not from Kansas City nor did we know much about the area. We also had very little time to find a place for her to live being that she was to start her new job in less than 4 weeks. I then turned to the internet to find the "Best Realtor" in the Kansas City area, Ed Rippee's name came up. I called Ed, explained the situation and gave him a very basic idea of what we were looking for. Then I told him, "By the way, we are coming to Kansas City tomorrow". For most realtors this would have probably been a bit much to ask but not for Ed. When we showed up the following day Ed had about a dozen places lined up to show us. To sum it up, we made an offer on a unit the same day and purchased the condo shortly after.
Ed made this an unbelievable experience with his patience, knowledge and his genuine caring personality.
I believe I did find the "Best Realtor" in Kansas City.

I highly recommend Ed Rippee's services as a real estate agent if you are buying or selling a home. My husband and I relocated to the Kansas City area from the East Coast. I initially contacted Ed because of the many positive reviews of the quality of his services I found online. However, it was Ed's customer service that convinced me to work with him. We are first-time homebuyers and had never visited Kansas City prior to speaking with Ed. We asked Ed many, many detailed questions about the area, the market, and listings we found online. Without fail, Ed took the time to thoroughly answer our questions. He never seemed bothered by our obsession with tornadoes or the endless dithering about what sort of home and community were looking for. Ed also lives in the community and knows it well. He was essential in helping us narrow down our search.

We traveled from out of state to buy a home, Ed had everything meticulously arranged for our arrival. Although it is clearly not the case, we truly felt as if we were Ed's only clients while we were here. He showed us a wide variety of homes in the community and price range we were looking. Clearly knowledgeable about homes, he pointed out many things we would not have thought to consider in each home. Once we had made a decision on which home to buy, Ed's good relationships with real estate agents in the area smoothed the negotiation process considerably. He also talked down some very nervous buyers anxiously awaiting responses from the seller.

Ed helped us find a home, but he also helped introduce us to our new community. He took a great deal of time to point out grocery stores, schools, shopping, and other fun stuff in the area. And his services did not stop when our home closed. He continued to come to our rescue when needed while we waited to make the final move to our new home. Now that we are moved to our new home and community, we count Ed not only as our real estate agent, but a friend as well.

I was initially hesitant after having him 'automatically' assigned to me via the internet, but within the first 15 minutes of our first meeting I could tell that working with him was going to be a pleasant experience.
