Edward was super helpful and continues to be, even after selling me my dream home! It was as pleasant of an experience purchasing a home could be and I have already recommended him to my friends looking to purchase their homes. Zaila, his assistant, was also great and responded quickly to all of my questions. They were a tag team that I am glad to have done business with. If you want a great buy, go to this guy!

We had been searching for a home for 4 years and finally decided to search south of Tampa. Cape Coral represented a good mix of lifestyle and affordable options. Trulia connect us with Edward Schiff and from the first call he took the time to listen and understand what we were looking for. He is Zero Pressure ! In fact he encouraged us to visit and spend time with him getting to know the area. He connected us with his listing and we found a few homes. Within a week we’d found one and Ed advised us on the location, history, price and value. We wrote the next day and closed in 29 days.

His service didn’t stop there and he’s been with us every step before, during, and after closing. He knows his clients and he knows this area. Ed had an excellent list of references any buyer needs to get settled and take care of your home. We saved time and money and had outstanding work performed by his recommended vendors he advised to get lots of estimates but after we did, his referrals usually came out on top. We now have key service people who take care of our home and do quality work.

After 4yrs searching, Ed was the first agent who didn’t just pull some comps, unlock the Realator Lock box and open the door letting us figure the rest out. If it were not for Schiff realty we would not have found the perfect home, had all the surprises completely covered, and be settled in beautiful Cape Coral.

We can call or text him anytime with Home questions and he has answers and has instilled the utmost consumer confidence in a real estate company that we could ever have had.

We can’t recommend Ed Schiff realty enough! Don’t work with any other large broker firms who just want to sell you a house. Work with Edward if you want an end-to-end quality of life experience that will pay off immediately and into the future.

Ed did an amazing job navigating a difficult sales process. He always provided us with sage advise and allowed us to make decisions in a very professional manner. He worked alone on site in Cape Coral because we are very far away. He kept all parties involved and provided solutions to problems immediately to keep the sales deal on track. Ed Schiff SOLD our house SO QUICKLY! What a fabulous experience. This company was great for our renting needs. The communication and respect given from the beginning of the lease to the could be reciprocated better at the end of the lease. It is good to know the owner of the company cares about the company's reputation and did all he could to help work out any problems. Would recommend for your real estate needs.
