Ed Shalabi is one of the best real estate agents that a person can work with in this crazy housing market. He has great communication skills, extraordinary knowledge and years of experience in dealing with the needs of not just property buyers but sellers as well. He also has made great connections in this industry that are very helpful in facilitating buyers with loan requirements and inspections. If it was not for Ed and his team, I would have not been successful in securing my recent property purchase. He was able to help guide me based on my needs in finding a beautiful home, negotiating a great price, and drafting a solid offer that got accepted with all the competition from bidding wars without overpaying or losing the deal. He was also great working with the sellers agent in making sure that the unexpected delays and issues I faced from lender demands did not effect my purchase opportunity. He was quick at meeting the demands of the cure notice and was able to extend the closing date multiple times. He was very keen, patient, mindful, courteous, and reliable during the whole process.
