Ed is one of the most honest and warm person I have met!
We were very lucky and highly obliged to have him as our representative while selling our house. He is really very thoughtful and treats you like his family and gives the best decision while you are in stress during the process of selling your house.
He is very quick in responding back and quickly takes care of anything that might bother you. He gives you the best advice during the process and is highly knowledgeable of the market trends and the entire process!

Greetings,
No matter what good things I can write about Ed is not enough. One major thing to mention is how he made a gloomy dark 2020 he turned it to a bright and successful year for my family and I.
He found us our dram house, he negotiated a great deal and helped us with answering, explaining and guiding us through any challenge or concerns we had to purchase the house.
All this was done without any pressure and with full honesty.
This is the 2nd time Ed had helped me find a house, 1st one his office found us a rental, and he had helped 2 other cousins of mine.
I do recommend his services all my friends and family members.

i dealt with Shalabi for the past 15 years. He completed 5 transactions for me. Number one quality i value in him is his honesty in his advise. often he advised me not to go for a buy or a sale even though he lost the opportunity to make a deal/commission. after all these yeas, i now go for what he says blindly. my latest 3 transactions buying homes were done without me viewing the properties, he did for me.
