Ed made buying my first home a seamless experience. His expertise was much appreciated and he quickly learned my likes and dislikes to not waste my time when looking at homes but maximize it. I ended up buying new construction which is a little different than a preexisting home but with Ed in my corner I felt comfortable with the process.

Great agent to do business with! He is really versed on what he is
doing.Knows the market and the areas he is selling in. He gave me
great prices to sell my (2) homes and we didn't have to wait very
long for the houses to sell. He also found a new home for me at a
very reasonable price. Totally satisfied with his service.

I've bought and sold seven properties, and working with Ed has been a fantastic experience! My situation was a bit unique, and he was totally positive that we could sell the house quickly and for a decent price. He was very knowledgeable regarding the market, was always available in terms of communication, and I had every confidence in him as my representative.
