Ed’s journey into commercial real estate began right here in Charleston, SC. Whether you are looking to begin your venture in the commercial real estate business, need listing services, or are seeking a new investment opportunity, Ed is ready to lend his expertise to meet your real estate needs.

Over the past several years, he has built a multi-state portfolio of commercial investment properties. His goal as an owner/agent is to share what he has learned through his investments to help clients find a commercial property or investment opportunity.

Before founding Simply Commercial, Ed served for nine years as an active-duty C-17 pilot in the U.S. Air Force. Ed deployed on three occasions and is decorated by both the Air Force and the Army. He continues to serve in the Air Force Reserve.

A longtime Charleston resident, Ed and his wife, Aimee, currently live in West Ashley and are active in the local community. Ed volunteers his time as a committee member of Medal of Honor Bowl and is a principal scholarship fundraiser for his alma mater, The Citadel.
