My boyfriend Shawn Corrigan and I have now rented with Higgins and Welch for over a year now with no complaints. Any issues (which were minimal) have been taken care of immediately. Our rental is beautiful and was for sure well kept. Always a smooth transaction with the office for payments and credits. Our landlord is Erin Thompson. I mention her as she particularly has been extremely accommodating, thoughtful and generous over the year. Couldn’t ask for a better landlord and look forward to staying!

We first met Erin three years ago when my wife and I bought our forever home. Erin was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She was always readily available at nights and weekends to handle whatever needs or concerns we had. Not only did she help us find our dream home but she worked to get it at a tremendous price.
