Edyta Brenner

Edyta Brenner was born in Krosno, Poland and lived there with her family until she was 16, when she came to the U.S. and started her own cleaning service. Edyta did that for many years, got married and had a wonderful daughter, Kaya.

Edyta wanted to be a nurse, so she tried college, but, unfortunately, just as she got going, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 cervical cancer and told she had 6 months to live. Well, you can guess that college took a back seat to living my remaining days with as much gusto as I could. After Chemo and radiation, Edyta doctors told me that my cancer was gone! Yay, but boy did I have credit card bills!

Edyta thanked God she was alive, worked and paid off the big credit card debt she ran up when she was sick and, after a while, tried college again. Do you know what? Her cancer came back again. Edyta beat that and kind of gave up on college. She thought it was a sign that her future lay elsewhere. Edyta worked very hard for many years at her cleaning business, she bought her own home and car and, since her marriage didn’t work out, she took care of herself and her daughter. Of course, every life has bumps and Edyta’s is no different. She believes that you receive from the universe what you put in. Edyta tries to treat everyone she meets with respect and kindness. She worked hard and raised her daughter and then met her current husband, Benjamin Brenner.

Ben is an attorney and the smartest man Edyta’s ever known (except for maybe her dad, but she’s prejudiced) Ben and Edyta were together for a few years and then got married. It was not long before they decided that Edyta’s body was too broken after years of hard work and that she was too smart to clean other people’s houses and he convinced her to try Real Estate. Edyta took the course and did really well; but that’s when Covid hit, and it was six months before she could even take the test to be a realtor. Despite the setback, Edyta worked hard and got her license. Now she is selling properties in the area and has the added benefit of living with an Attorney who also knows Real Estate, her husband. Edyta hopes to serve the clients she gets with the same positive outlook and hard work ethic with which she lived the rest of her life. Edyta believes in karma, that if she is good to people, they will be good to her.
