Eileen Allan leads The Sisters Sold It team, serving buyers and sellers throughout the greater Pittsburgh region with a strong focus on the South Hills, Upper St. Clair, and Washington County. With an office based in Upper St. Clair, Eileen and her team regularly work with clients up to an hour away—delivering the same high-level service, strategy, and results regardless of location.

A Compass Pittsburgh Founding Agent, Eileen helped launch the brand locally in February 2021. She founded The Sisters Sold It in 2017 alongside her sister and now leads one of the region’s most trusted teams, with more than 600 homes sold between 2017 and 2025. In 2026, Eileen will further expand her leadership within the industry by serving on the Board of Directors for the Washington-Greene Association of REALTORS®.

Licensed since 2008, Eileen brings deep expertise in both resale and new construction. She previously spent a decade selling custom homes with Heartland Homes and S&A Homes, attending hundreds of builder appointments and gaining an in-depth understanding of construction, design, and contract negotiation. This background allows her to confidently guide clients through builder research, meetings, and negotiations. Her experience spans communities across Western Pennsylvania—from Oakmont to Wexford, Robinson to Canonsburg—and into Morgantown, West Virginia.
