I met Eileen years ago when my husband and I originally bought our condo. When it came time to sell after our family grew, without a doubt, she was the only one to list with. Eileen expertly mixes her skills, built on experience and tenacity, to ensure a smooth sale for top dollar. She navigated a sticky situation and used her extensive network of loyal vendors to make sure closing went through without issue. I’m extremely impressed with how professionally she was able to handle some of the most reproachful buyers I’ve ever had the displeasure to interact with while still maintaining her composure and focus on giving me the best representation. I can’t thank her enough and will never use anyone else in the buying or selling process.

We purchased a home in a hurry while outside the state of Florida. Eileen was on top of the process throughout and kept us well informed, especially when we ran into a few issues. She advocated for us and eventually helped us negotiate a great deal. And did all of it making quite a few long distance drives to get it all accomplished. I'd highly recommend Eileen to anyone.

Eileen Bedinghaus helped me buy and then sell my beloved home in St. Pete. Even during the uncertain time of Covid, she was able to help me put all of the finishing touches on presenting my home in its best light... from 1500 miles away (as I had already moved out of the area). All was going well until a fluke waterline break happened in the kitchen. Eileen (and even her husband!) went above-and-beyond the call of duty on a Sunday morning to locate the break, call the City, mop up the standing water that had flooded the kitchen and then met with insurance and water remediation people on my behalf. Wow! Was I lucky to have Eileen at ground zero! The buyer stayed throughout the process, I would venture to guess, because Eileen and the buyer broker had an excellent working relationship that allowed us all to stay calm and work towards the best possible outcome for all!

My husband and I had been talking about looking for a second home to use as a vacation place for now and eventually a possible retirement home. We had narrowed our search down to the St Petersburg area based on what the area had to offer as well as proximity to extended family. We actually met Eileen through cousins who had just recently their home with her help and they couldn't praise her enough. What struck me most was the fact that when we first met Eileen we were still in the "not sure we are ready to buy" mode and she still took the time to drive us around to multiple listings knowing full well we might not be ready to purchase! This was incredibly useful and solidified for us her professionalism and interest in helping us find the RIGHT place.

We finally purchased a place several months later (actually one of the first places that Eileen brought us to on that initial visit) and I can honestly say that were it not for her knowledge, contacts, and negotiating skills we would not have the dream house that we currently own. She takes the time to understand you and your goals and most importantly she listens!! We can't speak highly enough of her and have been telling others to look her up if they are moving to St Petersburg. Eileen is the best! She really went above and beyond to help us when we were purchasing a home. Initially we came to FL from out of town to look at houses with another agent, who really wasn’t providing us with viable listings to see. Frustrated, we called a friend who recommended we reach out to Eileen. I later found out that Eileen had other commitments the few days we were in town but she totally rearranged her schedule and made time to drive us around all day, looking for houses the day before we were scheduled to leave. She and her team had to have pulled a late night the night before, pulling listings and coordinating with other real estate agents so we could go inside the homes the next day. She is very knowledgeable about the area and was “in tune” to the style/size of home we wanted. She and her team put together a solid list of possibilities. We ended up putting in an offer on a house but unfortunately someone else beat us out. We returned home, bummed out, thinking about when we would next need to travel to FL to house hunt. But Eileen was on a mission! She continued to send us listings and would go to the ones we liked and FaceTime us. She was always giving us her honest opinion on the homes, looking for things that may have needed replacing or things that were going to be a problem. I don’t remember how many homes we FT toured, but it was several. We ended buying our house without even stepping foot in it! We bought it having only FaceTimed. She also made closing the deal super easy; we did everything electronically. Working with Eileen was a great experience. She’s a knowledgeable professional and a pleasure to spend time with. She’ll work hard to get you what you want.

Eileen is a FULL Service Realtor. This is not a situation where you have to do the work and feel like you are interrupting her to go see a home . This is what she does and she does it very well. She will listen to your wants, needs and budget and help you stick to it. She refuses for her clients to "settle" for anything other than EXACTLY what they are looking for in a home! Eileen is proactive in finding homes. She went and previewed homes for us to help weed out the ones that were not worth seeing or did not meet our criteria. She realized that we did not have alot of free time between work, kids, life, so she made herself available and made sure to use our time wisely. Eileen was available to us via text or email and responded quickly. She was on time, or early to all viewings. She knows her way around a house and can find anything wrong or right with a floor, a wall, electric, wiring, good renovations and not so good renovations, a/c units, roofing and plumbing concerns. She's SHARP! She will not allow her client to be done wrong and was able to protect us from things in the market that we had no clue about. She is professional and I would highly recommend her to everyone! She knows the area, understands people, and knows the business. Thank you Eileen for helping our family find our home!

There's no way I could say enough about Eileen and her Associates. From the day the house was listed until the day of the closing she guided me through everything that needed to be done to bring the property up to being sellable and even took the time to connect me up with the people who could do what needed to be done.
