Eileen Bermingham

Eileen is the blogger behind Inside San Francisco Real Estate (insidesfre.com), her popular blog that has consistently offered her insights and advice since 2008. Eileen specializes in representing buyers and sellers of single-family homes, condominiums, TICs and multi-unit buildings in San Francisco. She has been a Realtor since 2002, and a Noe Valley resident since 1997.

Eileen is regularly quoted in The New York Times, SF Chronicle, KQED and other media outlets. She is the founder and host of the in-demand Home Buyer Boot Camp that's held throughout the year.

Prior to entering the real estate field, Eileen was a managing editor in book, magazine, and Internet publishing. She has also worked on the sales and marketing side of publishing, assisting in launching a start-up New York theatre magazine and two technology Web sites. A native New Yorker, Eileen also holds a Master's degree in International Relations from St. John's University.
