Eileen Fan

Yalian 'Eileen' Fan is a Chinese native and received her education in both China and the United States. Eileen was named the winner of the Faculty Scholar awarded when she received her BBA in accounting with high honors from Tippie College of Business of the University of Iowa.

Eileen possesses extensive experience in the real estate industry. Right after she graduated from college in 2002, Eileen passed the national CPA exam and worked at a real estate brokerage in the Silicon Valley where she gained knowledge and skills in all facets of the real estate industry. Eileen has experience in working with both buyers/lessees and sellers/lessors. She learns each client's unique needs and expectations. By taking advantage of her accounting background, Eileen works hard to develop a targeted approach to meet each client's needs and expectations.

Eileen is a resident of Princeton and active in local community. She volunteers in schools and is actively involved in various local activities, including Princeton Chinese Women Club. Eileen's two lovely children are students at Littlebrook Elementary School.
