Eileen was very helpful in our house search at the Landings. It was a very condensed time frame for the search (approx 60 days from start to purchase). She allocated the necessary time for our many, many questions / search / viewings. We toured 20+ houses, reduced to 5 finalist for a 2nd viewing and the selection / purchase of our house. She provided great insight / feedback on the houses and the Landings community. She was great at coordinating our visits to the Landings. Eileen was very easy to work with and we would highly recommend her.

I had the pleasure of meeting Eileen as a referral from my previous realtor who had retired. My realtor when first moving down to Georgia had become a friend over the years so his recommendation meant a lot. My parents decided to look into moving to The Landings so we wanted them to work with someone who would take time to understand where they are in their lives and help them find what they needed. After meeting with Eileen, we knew we were in great hands. She was always available and always provided honest details and feedback which is so hard to find these days. She bent over backwards to find solutions, listen to feedback, and make solid recommendations; all while becoming a friend to my parents and me. She also went above and beyond by taking on making sure my parents sold their existing property; from price point, to marketing it, staging it and locating the right buyer, Eileen did it all. We all would highly recommend Eileen without question.
