Eileen is very knowledgable of the market in which we were interested. She has very good people skills and we trusted our offers and counter offers made using her trusted advice and logic. (she refused to allow me to refer to her as the expert) She delivered precisely which produced results to our expectations. She was very good at reviewing the details of the documents and didn't let any suprises slip through the cracks.
