Born in Ireland I have lived in the US for 30 years.
I have lived in the MD , Virginia , DC region at one time or another. The bulk of my business is repeat clients and referrals which many are now great friends. I pride myself in the concierge concept of great service - attention to detail , great communication and access to a wealth of resources .
My greatest satisfaction is not the biggest sale but the joy that comes from making another's life better and being part of that journey with them.

Had a great experience buying my daughters apartment through Eileen McNicholas
She was quick , responsive and really worked hard on our behalf to get the best price. Also worked on some other miscellaneous items taking personal interest to accomplish what we were interested in
She was friendly and very pleasant to deal with she is the best
