Eileen Orfalea

Eileen is a third generation Washingtonian who has helped 100s of clients buy their dream home over her 20-year real estate career. Eileen is known for her market knowledge and negotiating skills. Clients appreciate her expert guidance and calm demeanor throughout the sometimes complicated process of buying a home.

Over the last 20 years Eileen has developed extensive relations with many other real estate agents in the community which gives her access to the latest market activity before it becomes public information such as properties that have not come on the market yet or the number of offers a property received before going under contract. This intel gives Eileen's buyers the info they need to help craft a strategically advantageous offer. Eileen has also accrued a wide network of resources within the real estate industry such as lenders, title companies, and contractors helping clients with all the support needed to have a smooth and successful real estate transaction.

Eileen served as a member of the GCAAR Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors Grievance Committee from 2011-2014 and currently serves on the GCAAR Professional Standards committee.

When Eileen is not helping her clients she is happily spending time with her family and friends that is after her morning swim in an outdoor pool, yes even in the winter time.
