Eileen Pounds

Eileen Pounds is a commercial real estate advisor at NAI Pfefferle, specializing in retail, office, investment, industrial, and land development projects in the Door County area. Eileen brings a wealth of experience to her role, representing clients in various commercial real estate ventures.

Before joining NAI Pfefferle, Eileen was a real estate agent with Powell Property Group in Atlanta, Georgia, where she showcased and marketed a diverse range of properties, including retail, warehouse, industrial, office, and land. From 2016 to 2019, she honed her marketing skills and technological expertise by freelancing for residential agents and custom home builders in the Atlanta area. Earlier in her career, Eileen served as a project manager and quantitative market analyst at Intercontinental Exchange Inc. from 2011 to 2013.

Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Finance from Marquette University. She is an active member of the Door County Board of REALTORS, the Commercial Association of Realtors (CARW), and the 100+ Women Who Care Door County Branch. Notably, she was crowned the 2008 Chicago St. Patrick's Day Queen.
