Ela was a fantastic realtor for my wife and I during our recent home buying process - and I cannot emphasize enough the term 'process' as she stuck with us through multiple offers, disappointments and, finally, the close on a great home.

She is courteous to a fault, always exhibiting a smile and a pleasant demeanor. She patiently listened to all of our thoughts and concerns on each new property we found, and always responded proactively. She never seemed to push back on our concerns in a way that would simply expedite the process which would not be in our best interest; instead, she was always willing to battle on our behalf to achieve the best possible outcome. She is a shrewd negotiator and an absolute joy to work with.

If you are looking for a wonderful realtor, look no further because you have stumbled upon the best! My husband and I decided we needed to begin looking at houses sort of unexpectedly despite the market not functioning in our favor as we weren’t in a position to participate in bidding wars. Ela was excited, motivated, enthusiastic and professional. She was extremely encouraging and responsive when I would send her Zillow links at all hours of the day or night. Ela was realistic and did her best to find houses that met our criteria that were within our price range. Ela would not let us get discouraged and she refused to give up. She knew our first home was out there somewhere and she was determined to find it. Buying a house is no easy process and I wouldn’t have wanted to experience this with anyone else. Ela will work endlessly to make sure you find the right place to call home.

Ela is a consummate professional. She is kind, understanding, diligent and works even during her vacations. Ela listed our house on a Monday. That same day we had five showings. She takes pride in the tasks she performs. She took beautiful meticulous pictures of each room, the outside of the house and the entire lot and yard to publish on the MLS. All this resulted in five offers by Wednesday of the same week and with her guidance our acceptance, again with her prompt assistance, on the Independence Day holiday weekend! She is a tough negotiator never losing sight of the best interest of her client. I highly recommend Ela to anyone buying or selling a home!
