Elaina Shinn

Elaina Shinn is a full-time Associate Broker at Old Mill Properties. Since her start in 2014 Elaina has been an active member of the team; originally beginning her career as an assistant to the Broker at Old Mill Properties, Elaina then went on to obtain her real estate license. As a young, determined agent Elaina divided her time between sales, assistant work, and managing the Old Mill Properties vacation rental department before eventually assuming the Associate Broker position. Elaina worked hard at learning the business before taking the step of serving her own customers & clients.

Elaina is educated on the many facets of the real estate industry. Elaina is also dedicated to providing top quality service and helping her customers & clients accomplish their real estate goals all while striving to make a difference in their lives. In 2016 Elaina obtained her GRI & CBR designations (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute & Certified Buyer Representative). As of 2021 Elaina has closed over $21 million in sales. She is also a life-long resident of the Newfound Lake Region. As an area expert she is knowledgeable of the market and has a true admiration for the lake & its surrounding towns.

In her spare time Elaina likes to fish, spend time with friends & family and explore New England. She has a strong love for the outdoors, gardening & beekeeping. Elaina looks forward to assisting you with your real estate needs!
