Elaine Burnett of Remax and I began the process of putting my home on the market in late September. She provided me with all of the information I needed to ensure my home was prepared for listing. She did excellent prep to put the listing on the MLS in early December. She used a professional photographer for photos of the listing and provided advice to ensure I had the home prepared to be attractive to buyers.

She immediately communicated with other realtors to ensure as many potential buyers would have visibilty to my home. Lastly, Elaine answered any questions I had through the process and fed me information up until 5 minutes prior to closing.

We listed on a Friday, had an offer on Monday and went under contract on Tuesday. I credit Elaine for the home going under contract so quickly and closing in less than 30 days. I will continue to work with Elaine on future Real Estate purchases and highly recommend her for her excellent customer service, knowledge and professionalism.
