Elaine Kennedy

Elaine Kennedy would love to help you find a wonderful new home and/or sell your current one. She works with buyers and sellers throughout the Triangle area, and she is dedicated to providing knowledgeable and professional client services. She is consistently a top agent in her office, and she would listen to your needs and work hard for you too.

A Triangle native, Elaine was born in Raleigh and grew up in Cary. She knows and loves this area! She attended Wake County Public Schools, graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill, and received an MBA from UNC Greensboro. Her husband and she are empty nesters and have two Goldendoodles. Their family is expanding as their three adult children are starting their own families.

Elaine started her career in marketing and communications and transitioned into real estate. She has been a realtor for buyers and sellers for over ten years.

Fun fact: Elaine's father was a real estate attorney in Cary back when it was a small town (she thinks he was the only one!) and she worked part-time in his office in high school and college. She has been around real estate sales her entire life!

Elaine has volunteered in the local community through schools, sports, and the YMCA for more than 25 years. Currently, she is on the Advisory Board of the Taylor Family YMCA in Cary and is involved in the YMCA's Annual We Build People Campaign. She is also the President of the Kappa Delta Sorority house corporation at NCSU and is on the Philoptochos Board at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.

Professionally, Elaine mentors new agents in her firm and is on the office's Agent Council. She is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors and the Triangle MLS.

Although she is from this area, she has also lived in three other states and she understands what it's like to move -- the excitement of a new home, the big job of packing and unpacking, and the anticipation of new friends, new schools, and maybe even a new way of life!
